Pre-removal operation
  • Loosen the clutch cable (transaxle side) adjusting nut as far as possible.
  • Instrument Panel Lower Cover Removal (Refer to GROUP 52A - Instrument Lower Panel ).
  • Knee Air Bag Module Removal (Refer to GROUP 52B - Knee Air Bag Module ).
Post-installation operation
  • Knee Air Bag Module Installation (Refer to GROUP 52B - Knee Air Bag Module ).
  • Instrument Panel Lower Cover Installation (Refer to GROUP 52A - Instrument Lower Panel ).
  • Clutch Pedal Adjustment (Refer to .)

caution
  • Use long-nose pliers to hold the clutch interlock switch bracket to avoid damage to the clutch interlock switch. Then remove the clutch interlock switch.
