C1F8904Side radar rear LH
(Side radar rear left hand)
Diagnosis conditionREADY indicator: ON
Signal (terminal)—
ThresholdADAS control unit 2 detects that side radar LH has a malfunction.
Diagnosis delay time2 seconds or more
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Side radar LH
 
 
FAIL-SAFE
The following systems are canceled.
  • BSW
  • Active Blind Spot Assist [ABSA]
  • RCTA
 
 
CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE RESULTS
If DTC “C1F89-04” is displayed with Network-DTC, first diagnose the Network-DTC.
Is applicable DTC detected?
Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC IndexDTC Index.

2.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
  1. Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to ON (READY indicator: ON).
  2. Perform “Read All DTCs” with M.U.T.-III SE.
  3. Check if the “C1F89-04” is detected as the current malfunction in "Diagnostic Trouble Code" of “ICC/ADAS 2”.
