DTC detection condition
C1F48 62 ABS/TCS/ASC CIRC
(Anti-lock braking system/Traction control system/Vehicle dynamics control system circuit)
Diagnosis condition
  • READY indicator: ON
  • When FCM system is ON
Signal (terminal) CAN communication signal
Threshold If the vehicle speed signal (wheel speed) from ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) and the output speed sensor signal from PHEV-ECU, received by the ADAS control unit 2 via CAN communication, are inconsistent
Diagnosis delay time 1 second or less
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • Wheel speed sensor
  • ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit)
  • Output speed sensor
  • PHEV-ECU
  • ADAS control unit 2
 
 
FAIL-SAFE
The following systems are canceled.
  • Vehicle-to-vehicle distance control mode
  • Conventional (fixed speed) cruise control mode
  • Steering wheel assistance function
  • FCM
  • Rear AEB
  • PFCW
  • LDW
  • LDP
  • BSW
  • Active Blind Spot Assist [ABSA]
  • RCTA
  • TSR
 
 
CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK DTC PRIORITY
If DTC “C1F48-62” is displayed with Network-DTC, “C1F48-04” first diagnose the Network-DTC, “C1F48-04”.
Is applicable DTC detected?
Perform diagnosis of applicable.

2.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
  1. Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to ON (READY indicator: ON).
  2. Turn the FCM system ON.
  3. Drive the vehicle at 30 km/h (19 MPH) or more.
    cautionAlways drive safely.
  4. Stop the vehicle.
  5. Perform “Read All DTCs” with M.U.T.-III SE.
  6. Check if the “C1F48-62” is detected as the current malfunction in "Diagnostic Trouble Code" of “ICC/ADAS 2”.
