ThresholdBCM makes a comparison between stop light switch 1 signal and stop light switch 2 signal. It judges from their values to detect the malfunctioning circuit 10 consecutive times

  • Harness or connectors
    (Stop light switch circuit is open or shorted)
  • Stop light switch

CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
  1. Depress brake pedal 10 times.
  2. Turn the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to ON.
  3. Check DTC in “Diagnostic Trouble Code” mode of “BCM” using scan tool (M.U.T.-III SE).
