Diagnosis Procedure
1.
CHECK HEATED STEERING WHEEL RELAY CONTROL SIGNAL CIRCUIT FOR SHORT
Turn the electric motor switch OFF.
Remove heated steering wheel relay and disconnect A/C amp. connector.
Check voltage between A/C amp. harness connector and ground.
