DTC Detection Condition
B0092-11B-PILLAR SAT SEN LH
(Left Side Restraints Sensor 2)
Diagnosis conditionWhen electric motor switch is ON.
Signal (terminal)B-pillar satellite sensor LH signal
ThresholdB-pillar satellite sensor LH circuit is shorted to ground
Diagnosis delay time2 seconds or more.
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • Connection malfunction or short circuit to ground of harness and connector
  • Internal malfunction of B-pillar satellite sensor LH
  • Internal malfunction of air bag diagnosis sensor unit

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE RESULT
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Electric motor switch ON.
  2. Perform "Diagnostic Trouble Code" mode of "AIR BAG" using M.U.T.-III SE.
Is malfunctioning part detected?
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
