DTC Detection Condition
B0090-86Crash zone sensor LH
(Left Frontal Restraints Sensor)
Diagnosis conditionWhen electric motor switch is ON.
Signal (terminal)Crash zone sensor LH signal
ThresholdCrash zone sensor LH is out of the specified specification
Diagnosis delay time2 seconds or more.
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Air bag diagnosis sensor unit and crash zone sensor LH is different from the part specified

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE RESULT
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Electric motor switch ON.
  2. Perform "Diagnostic Trouble Code" mode of "AIR BAG" using M.U.T.-III SE.
Is malfunctioning part detected?
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
