DTC Detection Condition
B0052–12Front seat belt buckle switch RH
(Front Right Seat Belt Sensor)
Diagnosis conditionWhen electric motor switch is ON.
Signal (terminal)Front seat belt buckle switch RH signal
ThresholdFront seat belt buckle switch RH circuit is shorted to power supply circuit
Diagnosis delay time2 seconds or more.
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • Connection malfunction or short circuit to power supply of harness and connector
  • Internal malfunction of front seat belt buckle switch RH.
  • Internal malfunction of air bag diagnosis sensor unit

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK SELF-DIAGNOSTIC RESULT
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Electric motor switch ON.
  2. Perform "Diagnostic Trouble Code" mode of "AIR BAG" using M.U.T.-III SE.
Is malfunctioning part detected?
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
