1.CONFIGURATION OF POWER STEERING CONTROL MODULE
Perform configuration of power steering control module. Refer to Work Procedure

2.PERFORM DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE
With M.U.T.-III SE- Electric motor switch OFF to ON.
- Erase self-diagnostic results for “EPS/DAST 3”.
- Pull the parking brake switch.
| note | Check the parking brake switch indicator is turn On. |
- Electric motor switch OFF.
- Get out of the vehicle and close all doors.
- Wait 65 seconds.
| note | - Check the parking brake switch indicator turn OFF.
- If the rear brake caliper is heated, wait an hour so that parking brake switch indicator does not turn OFF.

- Electric motor switch ON.
- Perform Diagnostic Trouble Code for “EPS/DAST 3”.
Is DTC detected?
