DTC DETECTION LOGIC

			Signal (terminal)	CAN communitcation signal
			Threshold	The abnormal brake fluid signal is received from the ABS actuator and electric unit.
			Diagnosis delay time	Within 1 second

POSSIBLE CAUSE

note	Confirm if DTC is PAST or CRNT. If DTC is CRNT, proceed with Diagnosis Procedure. If DTC is PAST, clear DTC. Do not replace the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) for a PAST DTC.

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

1.PRECONDITIONING

If “DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE” has been previously conducted, always turn the electric motor switch OFF (Auto ACC function OFF) before conducting the next test.

2.CHECK DTC DETECTION

M.U.T.-III SE

Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to OFF (Auto ACC function OFF).
Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch is ON (READY indicator: ON)
Perform Diagnostic Trouble Code for "EBA".

Is DTC “C18EA-01” detected?
