Signal (terminal)–
ThresholdA malfunction is detected when the internal malfunction of the electric driven intelligent brake unit occurs.
Diagnosis delay time2 seconds or more
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Electric driven intelligent brake unit
 
 
FAIL-SAFE
Stop the following operations.
  • Boosting operation by electric driven intelligent brake unit
  • Regenerative brake function
  • 4-wheel automatic pressure application function operated due to external brake request (FCM, ACC, innovative pedal operation mode, etc.)
 
 
DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK DTC DETECTION
M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Change the power supply mode of the electric motor switch is ON (READY indicator: ON)
  2. Use the M.U.T.-III SE, then select self-diagnosis for "EBA".
  3. Check the DTC.
