3.CHECK ABS ACTUATOR AND ELECTRIC UNIT (CONTROL UNIT) POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND CIRCUIT
4.ERASE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE RESULT (1)
With M.U.T.-III SE- Drive the vehicle at approximately 50 km/h (31 MPH) or more for approximately 2 minutes.
note | Vehicle must be driven after repair or replacement to erase the previous DTCs. |
- Stop the vehicle.
- Erase Diagnostic Trouble Code result for “ABS".
- Electric motor switch OFF (Auto ACC function OFF) → ON → OFF (Auto ACC function OFF).
: INSPECTION END
5.CHECK TERMINAL
- Disconnect 12V battery negative terminal.
- Check the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) terminals for damage or loose connection with harness connector.
Is the inspection result normal?
Repair / replace harness or connector. .
6.ERASE DIAGNOSTIC TROUBLE CODE RESULT (2)
With M.U.T.-III SE- Connect 12V battery negative terminal.
- Drive the vehicle at approximately 50 km/h (31 MPH) or more for approximately 2 minutes.
