When replacing the electric driven intelligent brake unit, the procedures of AFTER REPLACEMENT must be performed.
Work Procedure [After Replace electric driven intelligent brake unit]
1.PERFORM PROGRAMMING
With M.U.T.-III SE
Perform electric driven intelligent brake unit programming according to the procedure of “ECU reprogramming" in M.U.T.-III SE User's Manual. Refer to M.U.T.-III SE User's Manual.
caution
During programming, maintain the following conditions:
Electric motor switch: ON
Electric parking brake: Apply
Electric load: OFF
Brake pedal: Not depressed
12V battery voltage: 12 – 13.5 V (Check the value displayed on the M.U.T.-III SE screen.)
