CHECK INITIAL LEARNING QUANTITY
If the front transaxle assembly is removed, installed, or replaced, check initial learning quantity using the scan tool (M.U.T.-III SE) after performing the Stored Range Value Clear and the movable range learning.
Procedure
1. Confirm that the power supply mode of the electric motor switch is OFF, and connect the scan tool (M.U.T.-III SE).
2. Turn the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to ON (READY indicator: OFF).
3. Confirm that the value of data list item No. 180: "Movement Range Learned Value" is within the standard value.Standard value: 319 – 516
- If the value is larger than the standard value, replace the front transaxle assembly.
- If the value is smaller than the standard value, carry out the troubleshooting for DTC No. P1C43-96: Encoder Failure.
