STORED RANGE VALUE CLEAR

When the following work is done, execute Stored Range Value Clear using the scan tool (M.U.T.-III SE).

Removal, installation or replacement of the electrical parking actuator
Removal, installation or replacement of front transaxle assembly

Procedure

1. Confirm that the power supply mode of the electric motor switch is OFF, and connect the scan tool (M.U.T.-III SE).

2. Turn the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to ON (READY indicator: OFF).

3. Select "P LOCK" of the scan tool (M.U.T.-III SE).

4. Select "Learned value clear" in "Special Function".

5. Execute Item No. 1: "Stored Range Value clear".

note	After execution, the value of item No. 180: "Movement Range Learned Value" in the data list is deleted.

6. Turn the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to OFF, and leave the vehicle in door lock status for two minutes or longer (Confirm that the P indicator on the selector lever is not illuminated).

caution

When the power supply mode of the electric motor switch is turned to OFF, writing to the EEPROM starts. Therefore, do not turn the power supply mode to ON immediately after turning the power supply mode to OFF or disconnect the 12V battery terminal.
Movable range learning must be performed after the stored range value clear.

7. Turn the power supply mode of the electric motor switch to ON (READY indicator: OFF).

8. Execute Item No. 180: "Stored Range Value clear".
