Inspection Procedure 2: When the normal charging cable plug is connected to the outlet, all indicators on the normal charging cable do not illuminate.
 
 
 
 
COMMENTS ON TROUBLE SYMPTOM
If all indicators on the normal charging cable do not illuminate even when the normal charging cable plug is connected to the outlet, the external power supply equipment may be faulty or the normal charging cable may be faulty.
noteIf the charging system is normal, all indicators on the normal charging cable will illuminate for approximately 0.5 seconds when the normal charging cable plug is connected to the outlet.
 
 
TROUBLESHOOTING HINTS
  • Malfunction of the normal charging cable
noteThe trouble may occur due to the following factors.
• Malfunction of the external power supply equipment.
 
 
DIAGNOSIS
1.Check of the external power supply equipment
Check the following contents.
  • The circuit breaker connected to the outlet to which the normal charging cable is connected is not blocked.
  • The outlet has voltage.
Is the check result normal?
Ask the user to inspect the external power supply equipment.
 
2.Check of the normal charging cable.
Check the normal charging cable (Refer to CHARGING CABLE CHECK).
Is the check result normal?
Replace the normal charging cable.
 
3.Retest the system.
Does the trouble symptom persist?
Replace the normal charging cable.
The trouble can be an intermittent malfunction (Refer to General Information - How to Use Troubleshooting/Inspection Service Points, How to Cope with Intermittent Malfunctions HOW TO COPE WITH INTERMITTENT MALFUNCTIONS).
