POSSIBLE CAUSE
CAN communication system (TCM)
 
 
FAIL-SAFE
  • Rear/front view is black screen (Bird-eye/Side view is displayed).
  • Rear view is not displayed even if shift lever is in R position.
  • MOD function does not operate.
 
 
CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Turn ignition switch ON.
  2. Turn ignition switch OFF and wait for 30 seconds.
  3. Turn ignition switch ON and wait at least 1 minute or more.
  4. Select “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “Multi Around Monitor” using M.U.T.-III SE.
  5. Check DTC.
Is DTC U2141-87 detected?
Proceed to Diagnosis Procedure.
