B2CB5–64Rear wiper
(Rear wiper)
Diagnosis conditionWhen ignition switch ON
Signal (terminal)Rear wiper stop position signal
ThresholdRear wiper stop position signal malfunction status between Rear wiper and BCM
Diagnosis delay timeDoes not change for more than 5 seconds
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • Harness or connector (Rear wiper stop position circuit is open or shorted)
  • Rear wiper motor
  • BCM
 
 
FAIL-SAFE
Stop rear wiper power supply for 1min
 
 
DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.DTC CONFIRMATION
  1. Erase DTC.
  2. Ignition switch ON.
  3. Rear wiper switch ON.
  4. Perform the “Self Diagnostic Result” of BCM with M.U.T.-III SE, when passed 5 seconds or more after.
Is DTC detected?
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
