DTC Detection Condition
B0097-86B-PILLAR SAT SEN RH
(Right Side Restraints Sensor 3)
Diagnosis conditionWhen ignition switch is ON.
Signal (terminal)B-pillar satellite sensor RH signal
ThresholdB-pillar satellite sensor RH is out of the specified specification
Diagnosis delay time2 seconds or more.
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Air bag diagnosis sensor unit and B-pillar satellite sensor RH is different from the part specified

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK SELF-DIAG RESULT
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Ignition switch ON.
  2. Perform “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “AIR BAG” using M.U.T.-III SE.
Is malfunctioning part detected?
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
