DTC Detection Condition
B0096-86DOOR SATEL SENS RH
(Right Side Restraints Sensor 1)
Diagnosis conditionWhen ignition switch is ON.
Signal (terminal)Front door satellite sensor RH signal
ThresholdFront door satellite sensor RH is out of the specified specification
Diagnosis delay time2 seconds or more.
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
Air bag diagnosis sensor unit and front door satellite sensor RH is different from the part specified

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK SELF-DIAG RESULT
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Ignition switch ON.
  2. Perform “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “AIR BAG” using M.U.T.-III SE.
Is malfunctioning part detected?
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
