Diagnosis condition
  • When ignition switch is ON.
  • When the power supply voltage is normal.
Signal (terminal)-
ThresholdWhen calibration of yaw rate/side/decel G sensor is not complete.
Diagnosis delay time2 seconds or less
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
noteConfirm if DTC is PAST or CRNT. If DTC is CRNT, proceed with Diagnosis Procedure. If DTC is PAST, clear the DTC. Do not replace the ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) for a PAST DTC.

Incomplete calibration of G sensor/yaw rate sensor
  • Incomplete calibration of G sensor/yaw rate sensor
  • ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit)
 
 
FAIL-SAFE
The following functions are suspended.
  • ASC function
  • TCS function
  • Brake limited slip differential (BLSD) function
  • Brake assist function
  • Brake force distribution function
  • hill start assist function
  • ABS function
  • EBD function
  • Electric parking brake function
  • Hill decent control function
  • Trailer Stability Assist (TSA) function
 
 
DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.PRECONDITIONING
If “DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE” has been previously conducted, always ignition switch OFF (Auto ACC function OFF) before conducting the next test.

2.CHECK DTC DETECTION
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Ignition switch OFF (Auto ACC function OFF).
  2. Start the engine.
    noteWait at least 10 seconds after starting the engine.
  3. Perform self-diagnosis for “ABS”.
Is DTC “C10AC-54” detected?
-1“Active DTC” is displayed: Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
-2“Stored DTC” is displayed: INSPECTION END (Erase the memory of self-diagnosis results.)
-1To check malfunction symptom before repair: Refer to Intermittent Incident Intermittent Incident.
-2Confirmation after repair: INSPECTION END
