Diagnosis condition When engine is running
Signal (terminal) —
Threshold ADAS control unit 2 detects that chassis control module has a malfunction.
Diagnosis delay time 1 second or less
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • Chassis control module
  • ADAS control unit 2
 
 
FAIL-SAFE
The following systems are canceled.
  • Vehicle-to-vehicle distance control mode
  • Conventional (fixed speed) cruise control mode
  • Steering wheel assistance function
  • LDW
  • BSW
  • RCTA
 
 
CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK DTC PRIORITY
If DTC “C1F45-83” is displayed with Network-DTC, first diagnose the Network-DTC.
Is applicable DTC detected?
Perform diagnosis of applicable. Refer to DTC IndexDTC Index .

2.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
  1. Turn the ignition switch ON.
  2. Perform “Read All DTCs” with M.U.T.-III SE.
  3. Check if the “C1F45-83” is detected as the current malfunction in “Self Diagnostic Result” of “ACC/ADAS 2”.
Is “C1F45-83” detected as the current malfunction?
