Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK REAR SONAR SENSOR SIGNAL LH SIDE CIRCUIT (1)
  1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
  2. Disconnect sonar control unit connector and rear sonar sensor LH side connector.
  3. Turn ignition switch ON.
  4. Check voltage between sonar control unit harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
Repair harness or connector.
 
2.CHECK REAR SONAR SENSOR SIGNAL LH SIDE CIRCUIT (2)
  1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
  2. Check continuity between rear sonar sensor LH side harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

Repair the harness or connector.
 
3.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE AGAIN
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Turn ignition switch ON.
  2. Erase DTC.
  3. Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.
Is DTC B2730-88 detected again?
Replace the rear sonar sensor LH side. Refer to Removal and Installation.
