Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK REAR SONAR SENSOR SIGNAL RH INNER CIRCUIT (1)
  1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
  2. Disconnect sonar control unit connector and rear sonar sensor RH inner connector.
  3. Turn ignition switch ON.
  4. Check voltage between sonar control unit harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
Repair harness or connector.
 
2.CHECK REAR SONAR SENSOR SIGNAL RH INNER CIRCUIT (2)
  1. Turn ignition switch OFF.
  2. Check continuity between rear sonar sensor RH inner harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?

Repair the harness or connector.
 
3.PERFORM DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE AGAIN
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Turn ignition switch ON.
  2. Erase DTC.
  3. Perform DTC confirmation procedure again. Refer to DTC Description.
Is DTC B2720-88 detected again?
Replace the rear sonar sensor RH inner. Refer to Removal and Installation.
