Diagnosis Procedure
1.CHECK ACCESSORY RELAY CONTROL SIGNAL VOLTAGE
  1. Ignition switch OFF.
  2. Disconnect BCM connector.
  3. Check voltage between BCM harness connector and ground.
    +-Voltage

Is the inspection result normal?
Replace BCM. Refer to Removal and Installation.
 
2.CHECK ACCESSORY RELAY CONTROL SIGNAL CIRCUIT (OPEN)
  1. Remove accessory relay.
  2. Check continuity between BCM harness connector and fuse block (J/B) terminal.

Is the inspection result normal?
Repair the harness or connector.
 
3.CHECK ACCESSORY RELAY CONTROL SIGNAL CIRCUIT (SHORT TO GROUND)
Check continuity between BCM harness connector and ground.

Is the inspection result normal?
Repair the harness or connector.
 
4.CHECK ACCESSORY RELAY
Check accessory relay. Refer to Component Inspection.
Is the inspection result normal?
INSPECTION END
Replace accessory relay.
