DTC Detection Condition
B100D-1BKnee air bag module LH
(Knee air bag module left hand)
Diagnosis conditionWhen ignition switch is ON.
Signal (terminal)Knee air bag module LH signal
ThresholdKnee air bag module LH circuit resistance is above threshold
Diagnosis delay time2 seconds or more.
 
 
POSSIBLE CAUSE
  • Connection malfunction of harness and connector
  • Internal malfunction of knee air bag module LH
  • Internal malfunction of air bag diagnosis sensor unit

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE
1.CHECK SELF-DIAG RESULT
With M.U.T.-III SE
  1. Ignition switch ON.
  2. Perform “Self Diagnostic Result” mode of “AIR BAG” using M.U.T.-III SE.
Is malfunctioning part detected?
Refer to Diagnosis Procedure.
