DTC Description
noteThe customer reports CVT judder (shake, shudder, single or multiple bumps or vibration) hesitation on acceleration, lack of power or RPM flare. If DTC P17F1–07 is detected on his/her vehicle, this diagnosis is required. However, if DTC P17F1–07 is detected on the vehicle without the above phenomena, this diagnosis is not required.

DTC CONFIRMATION PROCEDURE

If DTC P17F1–07 is detected on his/her vehicle, perform first the trouble diagnosis procedure for DTC P17F1–07. Refer to Diagnosis ProcedureDTC Diagnosis Procedure.
cautionAlways drive vehicle at a safe speed.
1.CHECK DTC DETECTION AFTER DIAGNOSIS PROCEDURE
  1. The ignition switch is OFF and wait at least 10 seconds.
  2. The ignition switch is ON.
  3. Perform test drive for 5 minutes or more.
  4. Stop the vehicle.
  5. Check the DTC.
Is "judder" (shake, shudder, single or multiple bumps or viblation) occurred and is "P17F1–07" detected?
